I was in the car passenger seat, coming back from a long day of college work. I was bored in the car, so I decided I would take a nap. I closed my eyes, and as I was about to fall asleep, I had one of those moments where it feels you are falling. But with this sensation came lightbulb moment; I am a lazy baker. Now, what I mean by that is, I loooove baking but I hate the whole preperation part. I started thinking about cake mixes from stores and realised that they never satisfy my needs, mainly because they don't taste right. So I thought, why not make my own cake mixes from scratch and thus Simply Mason's was born. The whole premise of this business is the simplicity of store bough cake mixes with the taste of baked goods made from scratch.
